Early Bird Rate:
$2550/ per traveler if $300 non-refundable deposit is paid by January 31, 2023 (Does NOT include travel, travel options listed below)
Regular Rate:
$2800/per traveler if $300 non-refundable deposit is paid after January 31, 2023
Children two years and younger: entrance to the sites and hotel accommodations are free. You need only purchase airfares.
Discount options:
+For travelers staying three to a room (parents with a child under 12, siblings, friends who want to room together, etc.), we can offer one $114 discount for one of the travelers staying in the triple room.
Rates include:
+Bus transport to/from Tel Aviv airport upon arrival and departure
+Hotel accommodations based on a double-occupancy rate. No more than three to a room.
+Late-model, air-conditioned coach transport to and from the sites/hotels
+All site entrance fees (see attached itinerary)
+Hand-picked tour guide for the duration of the trip: Katharine van der Beek
+All headset rentals
+Fish lunch at David’s Harp restaurant, Capernaum (other meat options available)
+Farewell dinner at Naura on the night of your departure home
Not included:

+Gratuities* ($150/traveler) are to be prepaid and are due by May 15, 2023.

Passport & Health requirements
+Passports are required for all travelers, regardless of age.
+Passports must be valid for at least six months from the scheduled date of leaving Israel. Ifyour passport expires before then, please renew it as soon as possible.
+We strongly encourage participants to secure traveler’s insurance. Per the Israeli Ministry of Health, all travelers must obtain and provide proof of health insurance policy that includes coverage and treatment for COVID-19, shown at immigration.
Travel Arrangements:
**Important new info for travel plans: If you would like to travel with the majority of the group departing from Memphis and returning to Memphis together we will be making those travel arrangements after January 31 to give people time to register at the early bird price. We will reach out to the registered group at that time.
If you would like to make travel arrangements on your own you will need to plan to arrive in Tel Aviv on July 15th around the same time as the rest of the group and catch our transportation from the airport to the hotel. This would include travelers coming from other cities or who wish to add additional destinations prior to or after our time in Israel. We plan to communicate the Tel Aviv meeting time after January 31.
+We recommend travelers plan arrive together/around the same general timeframe, in the same concourse.

*Gratuities Breakdown
+It is customary in Israel to provide tips to travel guides, bus/taxi/coach drivers, and hotel & restaurant staff/servers.
+Tips are paid in US Dollars, in $10 and $20 denominations. Since you’re submitting your gratuities online before the trip, we will ensure the tips are in the correct denominations.
+We will collect your gratuities via online payments before the trip, and the Tour Leader will allocate the tips to the recipients as necessary throughout the tour.
+The current tip amounts commonly provided are as follows:
Guide: $8/participant per day
Driver: $5/participant per day
Hotels: $2/person per day (to be divided equally among the Front Desk, Dining Room, Housekeeping, and Bell Boy staff)
Any other services not explicitly mentioned in this quote are not included.
